It is the mission of the HZOR Adult Day Health Care Center to provide our participants with the highest level of quality and compassionate care for our participants. Through the participation in our programs and services, they will maintain their dignity; while enhancing their quality of life. We aid in the improvement of their physical, psychological, and social capabilities while fostering independence. It is our goal for HMS ADHCC participants to remain active members of the community.

Our objective is to assist in the prevention of premature institutionalization by offering a secure, stimulating, structured, and social experience to our participants; and respite relief for the caregivers. We want to help keep our "at risk" loved ones home where they are the most happy.
